Accessing our creativity is more difficult when we are stressed. Life is more difficult when we are stressed, and movement can be of great benefit.
Some of you may feel a release from stress and the cares of the day as you sit down to draw or write. For others, like myself, you may actually need to unwind a bit before you can sit down to a “relaxing” task. I know I cannot be the only over thinker out there!
Below, you will find links to five movement classes provided by guest instructor Melissa Tibay. She will guide with movements that intentionally release, relax, and wake up the body and the mind.
