Take a Breath.
In this class, you will be led in deep breathing, stretching, and a moment of gratitude to help you relax and let go of the stress of your day.
To get the most out of this class, please wear clothes that are comfortable to move in; you can have your shoes off or on (flat shoes only).
You will also need to be in a location where you have some space to move. If you think you may want to do less deep stretching, be close to a wall or chair so you can do the modifications. Additionally, at the end of class, there is an option to lie down or sit in a chair. If you would prefer to be in a chair, make sure you have a chair nearby.
